Hot Pandeyuca & Co, Inc., proudly introduces traditional Colombian bakery using over 100 year old recipes.

Our products are made with natural ingredients and no preservatives. The manufacturing process follows the most strict practices of hygiene, applied to our knowledge and expertise of the baking industry. We are accredited with all the required licenses and permits from the Department of Agriculture of the United States and FDA. All our products are manufactured in an SQF Certified facility.

The ingredients we use are Flour, Tapioca Starch, Yeast, Cheese, Eggs, Margarine, Natural Guava Spread, Natural Dulce de Leche, Salt and Sugar, which provide our products with that unmistakable Latin flavor.  They are sold raw frozen and the baking is very simple, both at home or at an industrial level.

Our packaging consists of different sizes of trays and plastic bags and boxes with the dinstinctive Hot Pandeyuca & Co. Inc’s Baking Man, where we pack the frozen products for easier handling. Hot Pandeyuca & Co. Inc., currently services more than 200 clients in Florida including Supermarkets, Restaurants, Hotels, Convenience Stores and Small Retailers, as well as distributors in other states such as Georgia, Texas, California, and Puerto Rico.
